We work in conjunction with the “Engineears” platform. This allows transferring files to be a seamless process. Step by step instructions are found on the platform as you are beginning your mixing process.

Because we don’t have control of where the song was recorded or the quality of the recording we do not offer a money back guarantee. However if you are dissatisfied with your mix after the revision process you get in touch with one of our members and we will assist you as best as possible.

When selecting your package you are given the option to select the day in which you would like your mix back by. I will then review and either approve or deny that the song can be done by that time. Turnaround time varies but generally can be anywhere from 3-10 days depending on a few different things.

Our main Daw of choice is ProTools. We use analog equipment from brands such as Neve, Warm Audio, Heritage Audio, Neuman, Golden Age and more. Our plug in base is comprised mainly of Universal Audio, SSL, Waves, FabFilter, IzoTope,PlugIn Alliance and many other great plug in brands. Your mix will be done in the acoustically treated mix and master room.
